NHS England reports on first year of the national cancer strategy

The national cancer strategy sets an ambitious task for the NHS: to make significant progress in reducing preventable cancers, increasing cancer survival and improving patient experience and quality of life by 2020.

NHS England’s progress report shows that rapid progress has been made in a number of areas.
